In the 12th minute, Paulo Moiselo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jidcay FC's Simon Grijan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Sever in the 13th minute of play. Nicolas Monzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Grijan having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Yaniusky Villalaud made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jidcay FC's Simon Grijan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Yaniusky Villalaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manzanapata FC's Yaniusky Villalaud got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Yaniusky Villalaud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yaniusky Villalaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Grijan having to interfere. Simon Grijan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manzanapata FC. If Yaniusky Villalaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The supporters of Manzanapata FC booed when Jidcay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umbruso Fanego didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yaniusky Villalaud fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Grijan having to interfere. Salvador Sever hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 60 played minutes Manzanapata FC got a freekick which was hit by Valencia Ociña. Nando Becerril showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Ayerdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62ndth minute of the game Sánchez Leyte who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manzanapata FC's Nando Becerril was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Nicolas Monzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Yaniusky Villalaud kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Simon Grijan. That made the score 0-2 in the 71 minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Jidcay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yaniusky Villalaud came free, but Simon Grijan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nando Becerril took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sánchez Leyte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Grijan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolas Monzon in the 81st minute. Yaniusky Villalaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Grijan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yaniusky Villalaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. If Nicolas Monzon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manzanapata FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
