In the 3rd minute, Yiyo Navaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Xulian Lorenz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coconuts FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Xulian Lorenz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferrer Urtiaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabricio Arieta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ferrer Urtiaga. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. When Espínola Jaramillo fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiki FC's protests and gave Espínola Jaramillo a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Tiki FC got a freekick which was hit by Espínola Jaramillo. In the 12th match minute, Coconuts FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos-Alberto Carrizo to maneuver through the defense. Ferrer Urtiaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xulian Lorenz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oso Pimentel in the 15th minute of play forced Tiki FC's goalkeeper Ferrer Urtiaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Coconuts FC's Oso Pimentel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. If Fabricio Arieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oso Pimentel struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Ferrer Urtiaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coconuts FC. Ferrer Urtiaga didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 23rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Espínola Jaramillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferrer Urtiaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oso Pimentel in the 32nd minute of play. Vera Andino scored 4-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferrer Urtiaga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ferrer Urtiaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oso Pimentel in the 42nd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Vera Andino notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Tiki FC's Ferrer Urtiaga. Ferrer Urtiaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Espínola Jaramillo made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Tiki FC got a freekick which was hit by Roris Luciano. Tiki FC's Ferrer Urtiaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oso Pimentel in the 54th minute of play. Hector-Luis Iglesia was a little too slow when Espínola Jaramillo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 5-1. 58 minutes into the game, Vera Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Ferrer Urtiaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 63 played minutes Tiki FC got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Manzano. In the 67th minute, Vera Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferrer Urtiaga was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. Ferrer Urtiaga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oso Pimentel went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. 75 minutes into the game, Fabricio Arieta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Ferrer Urtiaga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Tiki FC defense, Fabricio Arieta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferrer Urtiaga. The Tiki FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferrer Urtiaga should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Vera Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferrer Urtiaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferrer Urtiaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oso Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 92 played minutes Tiki FC got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Cachorro. Ferrer Urtiaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Arieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Tiki FC defense, Xulian Lorenz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferrer Urtiaga. The Tiki FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferrer Urtiaga should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Coconuts FC had played much better football throughout.
