Spectators: 7977 (Terracing: 6052, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 70) ATC's Gomez Periquet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Yépez Fias hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 13 played minutes Teligo got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Latonero. ATC's attentive Rodrigo Hendrickx managed to snatch the ball when Alexander Blanch made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. In the 17th minute, Gomez Periquet reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victorino Alborza. The goal made the score 2-0. Teligo's Victorino Alborza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gomez Periquet in the 29th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Gomez Periquet took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Victorino Alborza to make any attempt to save it. Victorino Alborza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gomez Periquet's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Gomez Periquet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Valdeon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Gomez Periquet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gomez Periquet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Alborza was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Gomez Periquet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Victorino Alborza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The ATC fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when ATC's Gomez Periquet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Xeromo Artime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the game, Gomez Periquet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Victorino Alborza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xeromo Artime in the 77th minute of play forced Teligo's goalkeeper Victorino Alborza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Teligo! The referee gave ATC a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gomez Periquet, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Teligo's Victorino Alborza. 7-0. 85 minutes into the match, Gomez Periquet notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Teligo's Victorino Alborza. Victorino Alborza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Veronica Ontoria made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alfonso Valdeon immediately put the ball in play.
