Xabier Villornate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Méndez Cañellas, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the game, Espínola Jaramillo lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Xabier Villornate. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Espínola Jaramillo in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xabier Villornate saved Arroyo FC from getting behind. Espínola Jaramillo in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xabier Villornate, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Espínola Jaramillo in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xabier Villornate prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Espínola Jaramillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Xabier Villornate skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 19 minutes into the game, Espínola Jaramillo lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Xabier Villornate. González Codony charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed González Codony the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ferrer Urtiaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Uceda in the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Espínola Jaramillo in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xabier Villornate prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Arroyo FC's zone, Yiyo Navaes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xabier Villornate came out of the goal and Yiyo Navaes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 minutes, Gómez Maya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arroyo FC and the Tiki FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arroyo FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Méndez Cañellas scored to the left of an out of position Xabier Villornate, making the score, 3-0. Espínola Jaramillo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Xabier Villornate skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 40th minute, Tiki FC's Xorxe Negro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Xorxe Negro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Tiki FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Xorxe Negro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiki FC's goalkeeper Ferrer Urtiaga, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Méndez Cañellas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Méndez Cañellas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Méndez Cañellas's late challenge caught a Arroyo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Méndez Cañellas helped the player get up and apologised. After 54 played minutes Tiki FC got a freekick which was hit by Méndez Cañellas. Méndez Cañellas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Xabier Villornate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If González Codony had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Yiyo Navaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Tiki FC's Espínola Jaramillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xabier Villornate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tiki FC's Vinicio Cachorro got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xabier Villornate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Méndez Cañellas in the 66th minute of the match. When Orlando Manzano fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tiki FC's protests and gave Orlando Manzano a yellow card for diving instead. Orlando Manzano kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Castillo Esnarriaga sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tiki FC's Ferrer Urtiaga didn't even have to move. Arroyo FC's Xabier Villornate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiyo Navaes in the 71st minute of play. Xabier Villornate didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yiyo Navaes went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. If Vinicio Cachorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Arroyo FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Gómez Maya hit a great ball. Yiyo Navaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Méndez Cañellas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xabier Villornate having to interfere. González Codony sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Arroyo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Méndez Cañellas came free, but Xabier Villornate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Vinicio Cachorro sped through Arroyo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xabier Villornate. Vinicio Cachorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Xabier Villornate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Méndez Cañellas came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Tiki FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Méndez Cañellas couldn't finish the play. Méndez Cañellas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. There was no doubt that Tiki FC were the better team. Tiki FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
