Spectators: 6841 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabricio Arieta started the match with the kick off. After 5 minutes of play, Coconuts FC's Vera Andino made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Videl Valdeliso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Videl Valdeliso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vera Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Oso Pimentel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tristeza's Videl Valdeliso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Tristeza's Gustavo Torrealba got a free kick in the 14th minute. Vera Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Videl Valdeliso having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tristeza's zone, Fabricio Arieta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Videl Valdeliso came out of the goal and Fabricio Arieta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Vera Andino made a precise shot to the right of Videl Valdeliso. Tristeza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Arieta in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Videl Valdeliso saved Tristeza from getting behind. Vera Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Videl Valdeliso having to interfere. If Fabricio Arieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tristeza's zone, Fabricio Arieta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Videl Valdeliso came out of the goal and Fabricio Arieta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Videl Valdeliso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vera Andino went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The Tristeza players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Coconuts FC were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Paredes Villaseñor made the kick off in the second half. Fabricio Arieta was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Coconuts FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After some careless play in the Tristeza defense, Fabricio Arieta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Videl Valdeliso. The Tristeza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Videl Valdeliso should have stopped the shot. In the 64th minute, Gustavo Torrealba made a precise shot to the right of Hector-Luis Iglesia. Coconuts FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Coconuts FC's Fabricio Arieta got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vera Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Videl Valdeliso having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Vera Andino made a precise shot to the right of Videl Valdeliso. Tristeza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Arieta in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Videl Valdeliso saved Tristeza from getting behind. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tristeza's goalkeeper Videl Valdeliso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Vera Andino came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Coconuts FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vera Andino couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute, Vera Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Videl Valdeliso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. Videl Valdeliso was a little too slow when Fabricio Arieta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 1-11. Coconuts FC played a much better game than Tristeza and deserved their victory. The Tristeza players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
