Mendez FC's Weather Estivariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Tavira in the 4th minute of play. After 7 minutes, Carlos-Armando Llago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mendez FC and the Chisulchi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute Carcelén Peramato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weather Estivariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zayveon Portugal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Parisi Regalado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chisulchi FC booed when Mendez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salomon Flayre didn't get a good kick on the ball. León Pizarro came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Weather Estivariz could save by the left post. In the 36th minute, Chisulchi FC's León Pizarro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 43rd minute of the match Carlos-Armando Llago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Parisi Regalado skillfully saved the ball. Weather Estivariz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Tavira in the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oswaldo Graña made a kick off. A collision led to Mendez FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Carlos-Armando Llago hit a great ball. Mendez FC's Weather Estivariz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carcelén Peramato in the 53rd minute of play. Salomon Flayre's late challenge caught a Chisulchi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salomon Flayre helped the player get up and apologised. Weather Estivariz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carcelén Peramato, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Weather Estivariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Landaluce in the 66th minute of play. Oswaldo Graña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Mendez FC defense, León Pizarro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Weather Estivariz. The Mendez FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Weather Estivariz should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Mendez FC's Oswaldo Graña got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Weather Estivariz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Landaluce in the 95th minute of play. Chisulchi FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
