Eusebio Aranzubia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xayvion Arin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ovidio Milio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Urbes Marsol to strike the kick off in the second half. Eusebio Aranzubia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 54 minutes, Mauro Salvado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ovidio Milio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbes Marsol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute of the match, Urbes Marsol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ovidio Milio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Zayvion Pedraja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Aranzubia, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Vermudo Olmedilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stratovarius's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barcelona Sporting Club the free kick.
