After 2 minutes, Chiquinho Correia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BOMBILLO and the Atletas de Cristo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 2 played minutes BOMBILLO got a freekick which was hit by Chiquinho Correia. In the 4th minute, Jairo Maleta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Díaz Olaiz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gelu Ştirbu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Díaz Olaiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Ştirbu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atletas de Cristo's Díaz Olaiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Atletas de Cristo from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Atletas de Cristo's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Curta came free, but Díaz Olaiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gelu Ştirbu got free with Díaz Olaiz in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cesar Servin was shown his second yellow card after 15 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Marcel Curta took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Díaz Olaiz. Díaz Olaiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Díaz Olaiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Maleta in the 24th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Atletas de Cristo got a freekick which was hit by Samaniego Moraza. Marcel Curta struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Díaz Olaiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOMBILLO. After 27 played minutes BOMBILLO got a freekick which was hit by Gelu Ştirbu. Atletas de Cristo's Díaz Olaiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Curta in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, BOMBILLO's Baha Sökmen got a free kick in the 46th minute. BOMBILLO's Marcin Kalemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Lloves in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chiquinho Correia to make the kick off. Marcel Curta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Díaz Olaiz having to interfere. Díaz Olaiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baha Sökmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Atletas de Cristo's Díaz Olaiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Maleta in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute Marcel Curta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Díaz Olaiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Adolfo Luengo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BOMBILLO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. A collision led to Atletas de Cristo getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Clemente Lloves hit a great ball. Adolfo Luengo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Díaz Olaiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Díaz Olaiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chiquinho Correia's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Atletas de Cristo's Ubendu Villaraud got a free kick in the 74th minute. BOMBILLO's Chiquinho Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Díaz Olaiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Luengo in the 76th minute of play. Díaz Olaiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Ştirbu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Chiquinho Correia notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Atletas de Cristo's Díaz Olaiz. Díaz Olaiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 85 minutes into the game, BOMBILLO's Chiquinho Correia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Díaz Olaiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. After 88 minutes, Marcel Curta made it 11-0 with a short kick to the right side. Atletas de Cristo's Díaz Olaiz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Curta in the 94th minute of play forced Atletas de Cristo's goalkeeper Díaz Olaiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Maleta in the 95th minute of play forced Atletas de Cristo's goalkeeper Díaz Olaiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes of play, BOMBILLO's Baha Sökmen made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Díaz Olaiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! BOMBILLO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
