The audience thought a goal was coming when Chiquinho Correia got free with Dannes Lerma in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6th minute, Marcel Curta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dannes Lerma was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 15th minute, Chiquinho Correia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BOMBILLO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Chiquinho Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BOMBILLO's Adolfo Luengo has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 25th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chiquinho Correia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Verdansk Football Club defense, Chiquinho Correia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dannes Lerma. The Verdansk Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dannes Lerma should have stopped the shot. BOMBILLO's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
