In a very dangerous position, a player in Salinas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Trota Alacan, was totally fooled by Vendetta FC's Mateo Viña, who 4 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 8 minutes into the match, Vendetta FC's Wilfredo Escudero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trota Alacan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zayvius Odoardo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Salinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Weather Zurica. Victorio Cora charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorio Cora the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Goicoechea got free with Trota Alacan in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Salvador Arraiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 22 played minutes Salinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Orfilio Traspuesto. 24 minutes into the match, Salinas FC's Weather Zurica sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vellito Barrenechea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 34th play minute Angelo Goicoechea came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Trota Alacan. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Angelo Goicoechea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Trota Alacan. That made the score 3-0 in the 38 minute of play. If Angelo Goicoechea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Angelo Goicoechea was the one to do the kick off. Salvador Arraiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Trota Alacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salinas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vendetta FC the free kick. Sánchez Vivas kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Angelo Goicoechea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vendetta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelo Goicoechea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trota Alacan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cagua Corcoba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelo Goicoechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trota Alacan having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angelo Goicoechea in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trota Alacan saved Salinas FC from getting behind. Angelo Goicoechea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Trota Alacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Goicoechea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trota Alacan having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Vendetta FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
