Victoriano Tielve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. López Moyano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Tielve could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Espínola Chinchilla made a huge save. Teo Villalaud kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Carcelén Elguero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benjamin Alamon. Elias FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carcelén Elguero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A hard shot 35 in the game by Navarro Zucunza from a close distance when the talented Espínola Chinchilla managed to make a qualified save. UD Romeloma's players were relieved. UD Romeloma's Espínola Chinchilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Navarro Zucunza in the 37th minute of play. Victoriano Tielve's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Espínola Chinchilla skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Juan-Carlos Butron fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elias FC's protests and gave Juan-Carlos Butron a yellow card for diving instead. Juan-Carlos Butron hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Tielve got free with Espínola Chinchilla in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Espínola Chinchilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zayveon Nafarrate in the 46th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Navarro Zucunza was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Carcelén Elguero fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Leonel Cuñat hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of Elias FC booed when UD Romeloma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reyes Balli didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 65th minute of the match Juan-Carlos Butron completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Juan-Carlos Butron a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of UD Romeloma booed when Elias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Carlos Butron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias FC's Maximo Godines got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carcelén Elguero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Benjamin Alamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Navarro Zucunza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Navarro Zucunza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espínola Chinchilla having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilmer Murguiondo during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Elias FC's Wilmer Murguiondo got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 88 played minutes Elias FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Tielve. Carcelén Elguero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Alamon having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Navarro Zucunza made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. UD Romeloma's Espínola Chinchilla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Elias FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
