An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidal Ascot in the 2nd minute of play forced CD Guanabana's goalkeeper Xarles Burgoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Fabian Pinos made a precise shot to the right of Xarles Burgoa. CD Guanabana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as CD Guanabana's Telmo Antecha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yambay Cañedo. That made the score 1-2 after 14 minutes of play. In the 17th match minute, CD Guanabana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by León Sibila to maneuver through the defense. If Carlos Pajazo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Pinos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xarles Burgoa having to make a save. Xarles Burgoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Pajazo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Vidal Ascot notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of CD Guanabana's Xarles Burgoa. Xarles Burgoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 28 played minutes CD Guanabana got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Olloque. Leon Goite might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xarles Burgoa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leon Goite ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabian Pinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 36 played minutes CD Guanabana got a freekick which was hit by René Caneiro. If Fabian Pinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingo Viedes made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Fabian Pinos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jabin SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Pinos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xarles Burgoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd play minute Vidal Ascot came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Xarles Burgoa. 1-5. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Fabian Pinos sped through CD Guanabana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Xarles Burgoa. CD Guanabana's Xarles Burgoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save CD Guanabana from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Xarles Burgoa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vidal Ascot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Xarles Burgoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Vidal Ascot left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jabin SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. CD Guanabana's Xarles Burgoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save CD Guanabana from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Jabin SC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Sotomayor Santoval hit a great ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Fabian Pinos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD Guanabana's Xarles Burgoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Carlos Pajazo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xarles Burgoa. Carlos Pajazo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-9. Vidal Ascot in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xarles Burgoa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, CD Guanabana's Victor Ural got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Vidal Ascot came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Jabin SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidal Ascot couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the match, Jabin SC's Fabian Pinos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xarles Burgoa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xarles Burgoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vidal Ascot, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Xarles Burgoa was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Fabian Pinos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabian Pinos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-11.
