Xantalen Acebedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Xantalen Acebedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xantalen Acebedo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Veronica Merodio fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Chavay's protests and gave Veronica Merodio a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Bolívar Fierro managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Gualaceo FC's Xantalen Acebedo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Gualaceo FC's Xantalen Acebedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bolívar Fierro. That made the score 2-0 after 22 minutes of play. Agostinho Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoldo Yerro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Vincent Fontanez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualaceo FC's attack was well implemented in the 33rd minute, but when Xantalen Acebedo was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. 35 minutes into the match, Marcelo Oromi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bolívar Fierro. UD Chavay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Oromi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 42 minutes into the match, UD Chavay's goalkeeper Bolívar Fierro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Olivos. Agostinho Prestes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnoldo Yerro in the 43rd minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

After having played for 52 minutes, Thiago de Andrade managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gualaceo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thiago de Andrade was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bolívar Fierro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xantalen Acebedo in the 55th minute of play. With a little luck, Gualaceo FC's Agostinho Prestes got control of the ball when Fausto Teijon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agostinho Prestes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Teijon, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Bolívar Fierro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Oromi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Marcelo Oromi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bolívar Fierro. UD Chavay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Oromi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. When Osvaldo Olivos fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gualaceo FC's protests and gave Osvaldo Olivos a yellow card for diving instead. Osvaldo Olivos hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Xantalen Acebedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bolívar Fierro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bolívar Fierro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Oromi in the 71st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Oromi in the 74th minute of play forced UD Chavay's goalkeeper Bolívar Fierro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xantalen Acebedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bolívar Fierro came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Gualaceo FC's Marcelo Oromi. But to his dismay, Marcelo Oromi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Thiago de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xantalen Acebedo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Bolívar Fierro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gualaceo FC. If Xantalen Acebedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gualaceo FC fully deserved thier win.
