Spectators: 8016 (Terracing: 6014, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Peter Somonte took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Aguirre Alpanseque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Natanael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timoteo Mandojana charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timoteo Mandojana the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, one of UD Curitroje:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for UD Curitroje. After 12th play minutes Peter Somonte shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Zuñiga Anton and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Zuñiga Anton managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Equidad's Mauro Albiz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zuñiga Anton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Somonte in the 20th minute of play. When Mauro Albiz came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Equidad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Albiz couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Mauro Albiz could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Zuñiga Anton however easily saved by the left post. Feliciano Natanael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Güell in the 26th minute of the match. Zuñiga Anton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Albiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, UD Curitroje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Muñana to maneuver through the defense. Peter Somonte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zuñiga Anton came out and tried to block the shot, but Peter Somonte slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 30th minute. A collision led to UD Curitroje getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Aguirre Alpanseque hit a great ball. In the 36th minute of the match Cosimo Moreschi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zuñiga Anton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 40 minutes into the game, when Neicer Carretero put in a rough tackle. Neicer Carretero kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Johnny Novoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Curitroje's supporters rose to their feet, but Johnny Novoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Natanael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mina Bispo to strike the kick off in the second half. Zuñiga Anton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Somonte, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, UD Curitroje's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Somonte came free, but Zuñiga Anton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Sayago's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zuñiga Anton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Zuñiga Anton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Somonte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, UD Curitroje's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Somonte came free, but Zuñiga Anton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Sayago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When Bobby Dheedene came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Equidad fans jumped to their feet. Peter Somonte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zuñiga Anton having to make a save. In the 68th minute, Bobby Dheedene left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Equidad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Zuñiga Anton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Somonte's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Somonte in the 80th minute of play forced UD Curitroje's goalkeeper Zuñiga Anton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zuñiga Anton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Somonte in the 85th minute of the match. If Peter Somonte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Somonte might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zuñiga Anton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peter Somonte ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute, Peter Somonte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Equidad players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
