Bolívar Fierro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Borizar in the 18th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Arnoldo Yerro took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Oscar Cespedes to make any attempt to save it. One of UD Calug:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UD Chavay:s goal. Cristian Borizar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bolívar Fierro firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the referee blew the final whistle, UD Chavay could leave the field as winners, despite UD Calug having more of the ball for most of the match.
