Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iza Calzon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Neicer Carretero kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Iza Calzon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Somonte's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Lambros Vlastos charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lambros Vlastos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lambros Vlastos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Peter Somonte kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iza Calzon. That made the score 4-0 in the 44 minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xulian Adan to strike the kick off in the second half. If Mauro Albiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Mauro Albiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iza Calzon was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Feliciano Natanael was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Inocencio Moraza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Inocencio Moraza really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. In the 68th minute Mauro Albiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iza Calzon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iza Calzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Somonte in the 72nd minute of play. Equidad's Mauro Albiz got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iza Calzon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Somonte went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Albiz in the 80th minute of play forced IRIS FC's goalkeeper Iza Calzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, IRIS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Somonte came free, but Iza Calzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Albiz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iza Calzon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Bobby Dheedene sped through IRIS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iza Calzon. The supporters of Equidad booed when IRIS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Moraza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Equidad walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
