IRIS FC's Iza Calzon became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-1. IRIS FC's Iza Calzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xantalen Acebedo in the 7th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Xantalen Acebedo put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Iza Calzon. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind IRIS FC's goalkeeper Iza Calzon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for IRIS FC! The referee gave Gualaceo FC a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The Gualaceo FC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Gualaceo FC's Xantalen Acebedo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Iza Calzon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xantalen Acebedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xantalen Acebedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iza Calzon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xantalen Acebedo in the 52nd minute of play. The referee ignored IRIS FC's protests and gave Inocencio Moraza a yellow card for diving instead. Inocencio Moraza kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xantalen Acebedo in the 68th minute of play forced IRIS FC's goalkeeper Iza Calzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. IRIS FC's Iza Calzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xantalen Acebedo in the 70th minute of play. Iza Calzon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xantalen Acebedo in the 77th minute of the match. After 80 minutes of play, IRIS FC's Arévalo Farre made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Agostinho Prestes was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Xantalen Acebedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iza Calzon was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. IRIS FC's Inocencio Moraza got his second yellow card of the match in the 90th minute. The referee ordered Inocencio Moraza off the ground. Xulian Adan's late challenge caught a Gualaceo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xulian Adan helped the player get up and apologised. After 97 played minutes IRIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Xulian Adan. The IRIS FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gualaceo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
