Ayatolá Inmortals's Enrique Quer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xzavier Rubina in the 15th minute of play. Xzavier Rubina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Enrique Quer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 24 in the game by Xofre Bayo from a close distance when the talented Marques Barona managed to make a qualified save. Guayllabamba's players were relieved. In the 28th match minute, Ayatolá Inmortals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Checa Villarragut to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Quer came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Guayllabamba's Xzavier Rubina. But to his dismay, Xzavier Rubina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Xofre Bayo got in the 35th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Marques Barona handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Cumbicus Homar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Quer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Ayatolá Inmortals's Rosero Corada managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Peter Gargante in the 40 minute of the game. Cumbicus Homar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Quer having to interfere. Mendez Monte hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 56th minute Cumbicus Homar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Quer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cumbicus Homar struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Enrique Quer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guayllabamba. Enrique Quer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cumbicus Homar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 74 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xzavier Rubina got free with Enrique Quer in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
