Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) UD Shaglli's Ruperto Temes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 minutes, Astor Nesto made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. UD Shaglli's Fernando Garate tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute, Ponc Buiza made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Garate. UD Shaglli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Claudio Salvidor fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leoncios Sporting Club's protests and gave Claudio Salvidor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Claudio Salvidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ruperto Temes managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD Shaglli's supporters rose to their feet, but Ruperto Temes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaviedes Flames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Leoncios Sporting Club fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Leoncios Sporting Club's Astor Nesto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 27th minute Ponc Buiza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Garate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by UD Shaglli's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ponc Buiza was slow to take the kick. During this time Leoncios Sporting Club's players had a chance to rest. 31 minutes into the match, Leoncios Sporting Club's Desiderio Lesardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Garate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to UD Shaglli getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Alonso Tebe hit a great ball. Bruno Auchter kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Astor Nesto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Garate was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. If Desiderio Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to UD Shaglli getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ruperto Temes hit a great ball. After the first half Leoncios Sporting Club were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Nesto to make the kick off. In the 56th minute Desiderio Lesardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Garate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, UD Shaglli's goalkeeper Fernando Garate had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astor Nesto. Leoncios Sporting Club's Victor Gerica was substituted for Venancio Orlin. Leoncios Sporting Club made a substitution. Oswaldo Araújo replaced Astor Nesto. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by UD Shaglli's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ponc Buiza was slow to take the kick. During this time Leoncios Sporting Club's players had a chance to rest. In the 65th match minute, UD Shaglli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yoelvis Mulas to maneuver through the defense. If Desiderio Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Ozollo during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Desiderio Lesardo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Oswaldo Araújo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Fernando Garate made a huge save. Fernando Garate stood somewhat misplaced when Oswaldo Araújo came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 83 minute. In the 93rd minute, UD Shaglli's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Oswaldo Araújo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ponc Buiza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Leoncios Sporting Club's Oswaldo Araújo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fernando Garate. That made the score 0-9 after 95 minutes of play. The UD Shaglli fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Leoncios Sporting Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
