The referee ignored LOSÑETAS's protests and gave Gustave Symons a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Guido Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryan Angulo might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kaviedes Flames. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Desiderio Lesardo in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nigel Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Bryan Angulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaviedes Flames having to interfere. Leoncios Sporting Club made a substitution. Victor Gerica replaced Venancio Orlin. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Kaviedes Flames successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Leoncios Sporting Club. In the 85th match minute, LOSÑETAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Tegeiro to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes LOSÑETAS got a freekick which was hit by Bryan Angulo. With an all-out effort, LOSÑETAS's Kaviedes Flames threw himself towards the right post 98 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bryan Angulo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LOSÑETAS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
