Miguir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fuerza Amarilla the free kick. Fuerza Amarilla's Jorge Rabanal was substituted for Miguel Cabada. Macías Sustaeta kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Miguir's René Vignal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Rabanal in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Macías Botello made the kick off in the second half. Yambay Vizcaino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macías Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The Miguir fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. With a little luck, Miguir's René Vignal got control of the ball when Juan Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miguir's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
