Spectators: 7410 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Villarreal Lordaliego started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavier Olarria in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pancho Oporto saved Celeste Fútbol Club from getting behind. Pancho Oporto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Olarria in the 11th minute of play. Fortunato Briz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klimowitz Rescuro's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Xavier Olarria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavier Olarria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pancho Oporto having to interfere. Fortunato Briz was a little too slow when Klimowitz Rescuro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-0. 40 minutes into the game, David Montoia threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ventanas's López Mexia quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Xavier Olarria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 44 minutes into the match, Ventanas's goal looked a bit too open when Klimowitz Rescuro came free, but Fortunato Briz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xavier Olarria was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Celeste Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Vigil Garcidueñas. Vigil Garcidueñas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fortunato Briz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ventanas getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Denis Cao hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yépez Palos during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ventanas getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Oswaldo Loriga hit a great ball. Celeste Fútbol Club made a substitution. Costante Santander replaced Burbano Orallo. Ventanas's López Mexia managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by David Montoia in the 89 minute of the game. In the 89th match minute, Ventanas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fleitas Canellas to maneuver through the defense. Fortunato Briz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klimowitz Rescuro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celeste Fútbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
