In the 9th minute, Yoelvis Estenaga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Izquierdo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 17 minutes, Pablo Espina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cecilia SC and the El Universo de Goles players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pablo Espina kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yoelvis Estenaga in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andres Izquierdo saved Cecilia SC from getting behind. Ramiro Castañon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Andres Izquierdo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordero Escalera hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 24th play minutes Yoelvis Estenaga shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Andres Izquierdo and just under the crossbar into goal. After 27 played minutes Cecilia SC got a freekick which was hit by Cordero Escalera. Andres Izquierdo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Outon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andres Izquierdo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yoelvis Estenaga's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Yoelvis Estenaga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andres Izquierdo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xzaiver Graus in the 34th minute of play forced Cecilia SC's goalkeeper Andres Izquierdo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yoelvis Estenaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Izquierdo having to interfere. A collision led to Cecilia SC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Coyette Bascones hit a great ball. In the 38th minute of the match Azconzábal Aldasoro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andres Izquierdo skillfully saved the ball. El Universo de Goles's Yoelvis Estenaga got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Azconzábal Aldasoro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andres Izquierdo. Cecilia SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Ramiro Outon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Yoelvis Estenaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andres Izquierdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoelvis Estenaga in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yoelvis Estenaga to make the kick off. Ramiro Castañon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Izquierdo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Yoelvis Estenaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Universo de Goles's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoelvis Estenaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Izquierdo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Azconzábal Aldasoro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andres Izquierdo. Cecilia SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yoelvis Estenaga in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andres Izquierdo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ramiro Outon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yoelvis Estenaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Andres Izquierdo made a huge save. Yoelvis Estenaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cecilia SC's Andres Izquierdo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Cecilia SC from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Ramiro Castañon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Universo de Goles fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When Yoelvis Estenaga came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the El Universo de Goles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yoelvis Estenaga couldn't finish the play. Andres Izquierdo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Castañon in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Yoelvis Estenaga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Andres Izquierdo. The goal made the score 0-5. When Xzaiver Graus came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the El Universo de Goles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xzaiver Graus couldn't finish the play. Yoelvis Estenagas short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Andres Izquierdo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Cecilia SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. El Universo de Goles were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
