Igor Dueñas hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Lithium Sporting Club's goal looked a bit too open when Darío Gayferos came free, but Adalberto Salas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Ubaldo Belber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antoni Kociniewski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Jeremias Antecha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Belber in the 27th minute of play forced Lithium Sporting Club's goalkeeper Adalberto Salas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Tangaiche defense, Antoni Kociniewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jeremias Antecha. The Tangaiche fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jeremias Antecha should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Tangaiche's zone, Zenon Ligas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Antecha came out of the goal and Zenon Ligas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Antoni Kociniewski put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jeremias Antecha. Tangaiche's Jeremias Antecha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Kociniewski in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Tangaiche's goalkeeper Jeremias Antecha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabi Gol. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ubaldo Belber made the kick off in the second half. Jeremias Antecha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolas Palazuelo went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Zenon Ligas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Antecha having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Palazuelo in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremias Antecha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chico Abouza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Antecha having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Palazuelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremias Antecha was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Jeremias Antecha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Palazuelo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Nicolas Palazuelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jeremias Antecha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Palazuelo in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Antecha saved Tangaiche from getting behind. Yánez Traslago charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yánez Traslago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Yánez Traslago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lithium Sporting Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
