Seating: 1871, VIP seats: 161) In the 6th minute, Xelo Guau reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Abrante. The goal made the score 1-0. Julio Abrante made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucio Oxarra in the 10th minute. The supporters of C.S. Shadow booed when Carnot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villarreal Lujan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carnot's Julio Abrante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bagui Monterros in the 12th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Carnot's zone, Xelo Guau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Abrante came out of the goal and Xelo Guau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Julio Abrante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Padierna, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. If Xelo Guau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucio Oxarra came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julio Abrante could save by the left post. Carnot's Julio Abrante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Carnot from getting a goal against them. Camacho Palmades made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Villarreal Lujan in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, C.S. Shadow's Lucio Oxarra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Abrante made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 35 minutes of play, C.S. Shadow's Xelo Guau made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Abrante was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucio Oxarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Xelo Guau managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.S. Shadow's supporters rose to their feet, but Xelo Guau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Abrante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, Bagui Monterros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.S. Shadow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Lucio Oxarra made the kick off in the second half. Julio Abrante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bagui Monterros in the 51st minute of play. Carnot's Julio Abrante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bagui Monterros in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Carnot's goal looked a bit too open when Lucio Oxarra came free, but Julio Abrante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Lucio Oxarra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Abrante. Carnot's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Oxarra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Julio Abrante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Oxarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9-0 became the score in the 69th minute when Bagui Monterros elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Carnot defense, Fabio Padierna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Abrante. The Carnot fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Abrante should have stopped the shot. Julio Abrante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bagui Monterros in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes into the match, Lucio Oxarra notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Carnot's Julio Abrante. Julio Abrante was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Abrante came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by C.S. Shadow's Lucio Oxarra. But to his dismay, Lucio Oxarra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Julio Abrante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Oxarra in the 88th minute of play. Julio Abrante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Padierna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Xelo Guau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Abrante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 minutes, Jaime Canido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carnot and the C.S. Shadow players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaime Canido hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Julio Abrante took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Padierna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the C.S. Shadow players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
