León Ubilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Cavadas in the 8th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Freddy Asencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CAIW and the CD Ultra XXI players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 minutes of play CAIW's Freddy Asencio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Victoriano Galdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Ceruelo in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Guagua Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ugutz Cagigas hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Victoriano Galdo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Ceruelo in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. CAIW's Victoriano Galdo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Carbo in the 90th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, CAIW's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Carbo came free, but Victoriano Galdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CD Ultra XXI were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CAIW for a fine match.
