After a rather tough play, Jaramijo's Gonzalo Hinojos got a free kick in the 19th minute. 23 minutes into the match, Jaramijo's goalkeeper Severo Porfiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Parrales Borroel. In the 24th minute, Raul Mazariegos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Diego Portal made the kick off in the second half. Diego Portal charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Portal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severo Porfiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Mazariegos in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Alex Tello made a precise shot to the right of Severo Porfiro.
