Thanks to Wichimi FC's goalie finding himself so far out he could grab the ball Tonio Forcada tried to make a shot after getting passed the defense. Ysidro Cuadrado seemed to really have strength and confidence after that save. 12 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Sanchez SC's Tonio Forcada fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Lozada in the 19th minute of play forced Sanchez SC's goalkeeper Ronny Ortega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ronny Ortega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Lozada in the 19th minute of the match. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for Sanchez SC. Gustavo Villerias stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ysidro Cuadrado. 0-4. Ronny Ortega took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torres Tarrats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xzavaier Saucedo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After having played for 47 minutes, George Dean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanchez SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Dean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Ibarlucea was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Tomas Tofino in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sanchez SC's Venerando Grillo. If Alberto Ibarlucea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sanchez SC's Ronny Ortega played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edson Guipuzcoa in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Ibarlucea in the 75th minute of play forced Wichimi FC's goalkeeper Ysidro Cuadrado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Xzavaier Saucedo suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 76 minutes into the game, Tomas Tofino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wichimi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanchez SC the free kick. In the 77th minute, Tomas Tofino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ysidro Cuadrado was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and George Dean capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. George Dean really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Rene Chillon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ysidro Cuadrado came out and tried to block the shot, but Rene Chillon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 85th minute. Alberto Ibarlucea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ysidro Cuadrado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wichimi FC's Ysidro Cuadrado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Ibarlucea in the 91st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tonio Forcada got free with Ysidro Cuadrado in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Victor Lozada came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Wichimi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Lozada couldn't finish the play. The Wichimi FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sanchez SC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
