Domingo Cerredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Parrales Guete in the 10th minute of play. CD Chantilin's Domingo Cerredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Parrales Guete in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, CD Chantilin's goal looked a bit too open when Yambay Pinedo came free, but Domingo Cerredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, Alex Tello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes of play CD Chantilin's Alex Tello was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Roxas booed when CD Chantilin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Tello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Parrales Guete in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Cerredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute, Jonathan Cossio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diaz Fortis kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, CD Chantilin's goal looked a bit too open when Yambay Pinedo came free, but Domingo Cerredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Parrales Guete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parrales Borroel struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Xicu Aguileta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Chantilin. After 36 minutes, Jonathan Cossio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roxas and the CD Chantilin players grew even worse after the yellow card. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the game, Parrales Guete cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Domingo Cerredo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yambay Pinedo made a kick off. Parrales Guete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Domingo Cerredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raul Mazariegos hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Roxas's Yambay Pinedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Domingo Cerredo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Parrales Guete in the 64th minute. Fidel Queiruga kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Parrales Guete was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roxas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Chantilin the free kick. Parrales Guete hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Parrales Borroel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Roxas's zone, Parrales Borroel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xicu Aguileta came out of the goal and Parrales Borroel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute of the match, Yambay Pinedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Domingo Cerredo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, CD Chantilin's Domingo Cerredo got control of the ball when Parrales Guete tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Roxas's Yambay Pinedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingo Cerredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Parrales Guete got free with Domingo Cerredo in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Domingo Cerredo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Parrales Guete showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 85 minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, CD Chantilin's Parrales Borroel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Xicu Aguileta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 94th minute, Camacho Burell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Roxas supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Roxas would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
