An unexpectedly hard shot by Olavo Seabra in the 6th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Michael Carbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Carbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Zaldos in the 7th minute of the match. If Angel Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Barbudos FC's Oscar Villandiego in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye West Town SC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of West Town SC booed when Barbudos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. West Town SC's Michael Carbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuriko Golmayo in the 29th minute of play. Martin Conde was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ubendu Balaguer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. In the 40th minute, Ruben Valdovinos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Olavo Seabra in the 42nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Michael Carbasa's left hand side. 44 minutes into the match, Olavo Seabra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michael Carbasa. West Town SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olavo Seabra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Fabricio Deaguero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Conde came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabricio Deaguero slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olavo Seabra made a kick off. The supporters of Barbudos FC booed when West Town SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ubendu Balaguer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Conde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Deaguero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. West Town SC's Michael Carbasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save West Town SC from getting a goal against them. Michael Carbasa made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Zuriko Golmayo sent off a good shot on target. Michael Carbasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zuriko Golmayo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Martin Conde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Deaguero, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 88 minutes Barbudos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matias Hostos who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Barbudos FC's goalie and right to Mellington Valdero. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Barbudos FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 90 minutes into the match, Fabricio Deaguero notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Barbudos FC's Martin Conde. Martin Conde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. West Town SC's Michael Carbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zuriko Golmayo in the 99th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zuriko Golmayo in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michael Carbasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barbudos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
