Spectators: 7092 (Terracing: 5992, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Barney Wood started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in West Town SC's zone, Barney Wood stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Michael Carbasa came out of the goal and Barney Wood tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute, Xantalen Basozabal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and West Town SC's Michael Carbasa didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Barney Wood managed to get in a good position for a shot. Siete Pingas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Barney Wood was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Carbasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jacinto Uranga came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Siete Pingas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Uranga couldn't finish the play. After having played for 16 minutes, Jacinto Uranga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Siete Pingas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Uranga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacinto Uranga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barney Wood recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Carbasa made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Barney Wood sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Town SC's goalkeeper Michael Carbasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute Barney Wood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Carbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, West Town SC's Michael Carbasa got control of the ball when Lucas Yngles tried to sneak it across the goal line.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Barney Wood in the 53rd minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Michael Carbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 56 minutes, Fabricio Deaguero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. West Town SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabricio Deaguero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57th match minute, Siete Pingas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Suárez Castañondo to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Valdovinos hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Xantalen Basozabal missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 62 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Michael Carbasa right hand side. After some careless play in the West Town SC defense, Barney Wood kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michael Carbasa. The West Town SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michael Carbasa should have stopped the shot. Matias Hostos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xantalen Basozabal charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xantalen Basozabal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xantalen Basozabal hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Chatruc Urrutia managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 80 minutes into the match, Barney Wood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michael Carbasa. West Town SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barney Wood was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Siete Pingas FC made a substitution. Hurtado Peres replaced Lisandro Terrilla. In the 85th match minute, West Town SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeledon Villafafila to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, West Town SC's Zeledon Villafafila seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zeledon Villafafila the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of West Town SC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zeledon Villafafila had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Michael Carbasa had in the 89thth minute some difficulties stopping Xantalen Basozabal's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Fabricio Deaguero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zacarias Aguilera. Fabricio Deaguero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Michael Carbasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hurtado Peres in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacinto Uranga came free, but Michael Carbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fabricio Deaguero came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the West Town SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Deaguero couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Siete Pingas FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
