Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1833, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leo Cardenas started the match with the kick off. A hard shot 4 in the game by Vellito Manzano from a close distance when the talented Martin Conde managed to make a qualified save. Barbudos FC's players were relieved. Martin Conde stood somewhat misplaced when Leo Cardenas came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 5 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olavo Seabra in the 10th minute of play forced USFQ FC's goalkeeper Damian Dubilas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute, George Masana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Dubilas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Zaldos went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Martin Conde came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by USFQ FC's Leo Cardenas. But to his dismay, Leo Cardenas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Leo Cardenas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Martin Conde skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Vellito Manzano took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Martin Conde to make any attempt to save it. Martin Conde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vellito Manzano in the 26th minute of play. Vellito Manzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Leo Cardenas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Conde. That made the score 4-1 in the 29 minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Leo Cardenas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Martin Conde. Barbudos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leo Cardenas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Cardenas got free with Martin Conde in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olavo Seabra was the one to do the kick off. Martin Conde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vellito Manzano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Conde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ataulfo Ayala's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Vellito Manzano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Conde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Cardenas in the 60th minute of play forced Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Martin Conde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Cardenas in the 62nd minute of play forced Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Martin Conde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. George Masana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Conde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Ataulfo Ayala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 67th minute Vellito Manzano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Conde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Cardenas in the 68th minute of play forced Barbudos FC's goalkeeper Martin Conde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vellito Manzano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 minutes, Raimundo Basante mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barbudos FC and the USFQ FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 75 minutes into the match, Barbudos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Cardenas came free, but Martin Conde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damian Dubilas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Zaldos in the 77th minute of the match. Vellito Manzano took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Conde. Martin Conde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. The supporters of USFQ FC booed when Barbudos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilio Hidalgo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Leo Cardenas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Martin Conde was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute, Leo Cardenas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, USFQ FC's Ataulfo Ayala sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Conde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute Zuriko Golmayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Dubilas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the USFQ FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
