Martin Conde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Carredelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Weeknunka's Chatruc Bugarin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 47 minutes into the match, Barbudos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xinaro Buitrago came free, but Martin Conde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barbudos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Weeknunka the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Barbudos FC's zone, Chatruc Bugarin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Weeknunka's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
