The supporters of CórdovaFC booed when LLano Sporting Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xzavaier Courel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xurdin Villasinda struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Edwin Folgar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CórdovaFC. LLano Sporting Club's Edwin Folgar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xandro Carlos in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute Gustavo Xandri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Folgar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Xandri in the 30th minute of play forced LLano Sporting Club's goalkeeper Edwin Folgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The CórdovaFC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when CórdovaFC's Xandro Carlos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edwin Folgar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Bielva, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half CórdovaFC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Maximiliano Apellaniz made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustavo Xandri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edwin Folgar. That made the score 0-5 in the 51 minute of play. In the 56th minute, Nicolas Bielva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 58 minutes, Nicolas Bielva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CórdovaFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Bielva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xurdin Villasinda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Edwin Folgar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, LLano Sporting Club's goalkeeper Edwin Folgar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Xandri. Edwin Folgar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Xandri in the 71st minute of the match. Xzavaier Courel kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. A collision led to CórdovaFC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jairón Sominaya hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xandro Carlos got free with Edwin Folgar in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nicolas Bielva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jairón Sominaya hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
