In the 3rd minute, Etxeberri Camara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mendoza Joseph came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the C.A. GUAYACO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mendoza Joseph couldn't finish the play. Carlos Alberto Simão kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Etxeberri Camara made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Fuerza Amarilla booed when C.A. GUAYACO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustin Pillado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mendoza Joseph might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basarab Marincean. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mendoza Joseph ran back to his position shaking his head. Oso Amezaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Mascaran in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, C.A. GUAYACO's Caicedo Berrondo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 29thth minute of the game Etxeberri Camara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Etxeberri Camara sped through C.A. GUAYACO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oso Amezaga. Etxeberri Camara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Oso Amezaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oso Amezaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Etxeberri Camara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mendoza Joseph came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the C.A. GUAYACO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mendoza Joseph couldn't finish the play. Sixto Mascaran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oso Amezaga having to interfere. Juan-Pablo Dorrial kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Etxeberri Camara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 played minutes C.A. GUAYACO got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto Simão. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Etxeberri Camara was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Hieronim Faron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fuerza Amarilla were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after C.A. GUAYACO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 麦扬树 took the corner. The corner led Fuerza Amarilla's Denis Hondraita to fire away a dangerous shot which Oso Amezaga despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Fuerza Amarilla booed when C.A. GUAYACO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan-Pablo Dorrial didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, C.A. GUAYACO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan-Pablo Dorrial to maneuver through the defense. Etxeberri Camara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Oso Amezaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute Mendoza Joseph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basarab Marincean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Etxeberri Camara in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oso Amezaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oso Amezaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramírez Laureano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Etxeberri Camara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oso Amezaga was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Ramírez Laureano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, C.A. GUAYACO's Mendoza Joseph sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basarab Marincean narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oso Amezaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Etxeberri Camara's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Ramírez Laureano notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of C.A. GUAYACO's Oso Amezaga. Oso Amezaga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fuerza Amarilla's Basarab Marincean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Ferreira in the 91st minute of play. Oso Amezaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Etxeberri Camara's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, C.A. GUAYACO's goal looked a bit too open when Urritz Nogueira came free, but Oso Amezaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fuerza Amarilla's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
