Tostão de Brito started the match with the kick off. With his leg García Folgueras managed to avoid a goal in the 2ndth minute, when Toscon FC's Sandro Mazzola fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Toscon FC's Leon Pavolleta got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Zenon Pino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of García Folgueras. Ingueza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zenon Pino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Segundo Betancia kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Clodoveo Martxel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for García Folgueras. Ingueza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 16th minute, Leon Pavolleta made a precise shot to the right of García Folgueras. Ingueza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Erasmo Gonchan charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erasmo Gonchan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erasmo Gonchan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Zenon Pino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but García Folgueras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Toscon FC's Sandro Mazzola slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of García Folgueras. That made the score 4-0 after 29 minutes of play. After 36 played minutes Toscon FC got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Zabrzeski. After 40 played minutes Toscon FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Abos. Toscon FC's Leon Pavolleta got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrossi Lugardo during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. García Folgueras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

García Folgueras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Martxel in the 63rd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Toscon FC's goalkeeper Mait Pihl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tostão de Brito. After 70 played minutes Ingueza got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Gonchan. Christian Ireno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zenon Pino succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. Erasmo Gonchan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Zenon Pino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but García Folgueras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. García Folgueras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Pavolleta in the 85th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Sandro Mazzola put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of García Folgueras. García Folgueras came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Toscon FC's Zenon Pino. But to his dismay, Zenon Pino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Toscon FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
