Xusto Zuloaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Hendrik van Eijnde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Larrateguis short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Álvaro Montero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. León Onez kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Xusto Zuloaga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hendrik van Eijnde. Hincha Pelotas FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by CD Cutuntza's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner.
