Evolucion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Moya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilo Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Solorzano in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xzavion Murguia got free with Ambrosio Tancredo in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Lautaro Frigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 minutes, Boris Vallejo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. D. Evolucion and the RACING CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Boris Vallejo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, C. D. Evolucion's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Frigo came free, but Teofilo Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Tancredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Froiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 30th minute, Lara Ariztegui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 played minutes C. D. Evolucion got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Froiz. The supporters of C. D. Evolucion booed when RACING CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lara Ariztegui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Tancredo made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Alvaro Froiz sent off a good shot on target. RACING CLUB's Ambrosio Tancredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Froiz in the 47th minute of play. Lautaro Frigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Froiz made a kick off. Ambrosio Tancredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Froiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Froiz in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ambrosio Tancredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th match minute, RACING CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lara Ariztegui to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 61 minutes, Lautaro Frigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RACING CLUB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Frigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the C. D. Evolucion defense, Lautaro Frigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teofilo Lordi. The C. D. Evolucion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teofilo Lordi should have stopped the shot. Eustaquio Solorzano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Teofilo Lordi made a huge save. C. D. Evolucion were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after RACING CLUB's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 康镇鹰 took the corner. The corner led to C. D. Evolucion's Tomas Fleytas getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 78 minutes into the match, C. D. Evolucion's Stefan Clinckspoor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ambrosio Tancredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 80 minutes, Ruben Moya mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. D. Evolucion and the RACING CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eustaquio Solorzano scored 0-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teofilo Lordi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute Alvaro Froiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Tancredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Frigo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Teofilo Lordi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Teofilo Lordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Urtsin in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over RACING CLUB could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than C. D. Evolucion throughout the match.
