Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramírez Marichalar in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lin Jie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the match, CD Billanos's goalkeeper Lin Jie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cortez Fuente. Haroldo Severo's late challenge caught a CD Billanos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramírez Marichalar got free with Lin Jie in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute Emilio Vendrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Latonero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Carlier Quinn F.C.'s Cortez Fuente dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. CD Billanos's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
