Guerrón Ciaran kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Albert Kielberg, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 5 played minutes Xeneize BJ got a freekick which was hit by Walme Basaran. After having played for 9 minutes, Simão da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Billanos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simão da Silveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to CD Billanos getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mane Rulan hit a great ball. Chucho Covielles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zayveon Feliph in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão da Silveira in the 17th minute of play forced Xeneize BJ's goalkeeper Chucho Covielles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Simão da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chucho Covielles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzalo Guridi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilio Vendrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chucho Covielles having to interfere. Yoelvis Marfa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Guridi in the 41st minute of play. The Xeneize BJ fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Xeneize BJ's Gonzalo Guridi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Roque Antuñano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Yoelvis Marfa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Vendrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Chucho Covielles made a huge save. In the 49th minute CD Billanos were awarded a corner. Albert Kielberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzalo Guridi was the one to do the kick off. Xeneize BJ's Chucho Covielles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão da Silveira in the 54th minute of play. Ismael Montxo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, CD Billanos's goalkeeper Yoelvis Marfa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonzalo Guridi. Chucho Covielles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Montxo in the 60th minute of the match. Chucho Covielles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Vendrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a rather tough play, Xeneize BJ's Diego Atienza got a free kick in the 64th minute. Chucho Covielles came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Billanos's Ismael Montxo. But to his dismay, Ismael Montxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 70 minutes Xeneize BJ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albert Kielberg who took care of the corner kick. Yoelvis Marfa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonzalo Guridi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 74 played minutes Xeneize BJ got a freekick which was hit by Guerrón Ciaran. After 75 played minutes Albert Kielberg shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Xeneize BJ's Chucho Covielles to catch but Albert Kielberg was lucky. It became 2-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Emilio Vendrell kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Ismael Montxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chucho Covielles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Montxo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Chucho Covielles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. CD Billanos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
