With his leg Yin Cheng Han managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Sköll F.C.'s Anders Ahlqvist fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Yin Cheng Han was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dominic Van de Loock showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. In the 13th minute Dominic Van de Loock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yin Cheng Han saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dominic Van de Loock got free with Yin Cheng Han in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iwan Zjawin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Urizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Dominic Van de Loock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yin Cheng Han saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Van Deyck's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yin Cheng Han firmly grabbed it by the left post. 26 minutes into the match, Dominic Van de Loock notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Independiente del Río's Yin Cheng Han. Yin Cheng Han was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iwan Zjawin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Machado Santianes in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Ahlqvist in the 53rd minute of play forced Independiente del Río's goalkeeper Yin Cheng Han to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Sköll F.C.'s Ademar da Costa made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yin Cheng Han was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Independiente del Río defense, Noel Van Deyck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yin Cheng Han. The Independiente del Río fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yin Cheng Han should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd minute Anders Ahlqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yin Cheng Han saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Cachari Montiel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sköll F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Independiente del Río the free kick. The supporters of Independiente del Río booed when Sköll F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cachari Montiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Independiente del Río's Machado Santianes got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Sköll F.C. were the better team. Sköll F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
