Cuero Pedrero's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Tendiero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Carnot got a freekick which was hit by Alessandro Poso. Mateo Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cotera Meca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Carnot got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Candina. The supporters of Carnot booed when Pasuculu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kryspin Fujarczuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Carnot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cuero Pedrero to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flor Arganza made a kick off. After 52 minutes, Alessandro Poso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carnot and the Pasuculu players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, one of Carnot:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Carnot. After a defensive mix-up in Pasuculu's zone, Flor Arganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Tendiero came out of the goal and Flor Arganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Cevallos Trevino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximo Tendiero. The goal made the score 2-1. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Cevallos Trevino took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Maximo Tendiero to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flor Arganza during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Flor Arganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klimovich Acebes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cotera Meca having to interfere. Wilfredo Candina helped the player get up and apologised. Wilfredo Candina hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Klimovich Acebes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Candina kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pasuculu fans cheered their team off the field, for while Carnot had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
