With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Godines prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, Santiago Cuffaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mauro Godines. Camino Rojo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santiago Cuffaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Mauro Godines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zumar Millano in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, AKDemia Destroyers's Roris Ruidiez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Godines made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zumar Millano to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Zumar Millano took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Mauro Godines to make any attempt to save it.
