After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Marcelo Leicea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nastul FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Leicea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ostargi Tolentin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salvidor Guillemez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ostargi Tolentin having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Herena Sever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Salvidor Guillemez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelo Leicea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ostargi Tolentin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cresenciano Puente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xuaco Cortun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Iturbe in the 36th minute of play. Jeronimo Iturbe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Pagagusto's goal looked a bit too open when Salvidor Guillemez came free, but Ostargi Tolentin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvidor Guillemez was the one to do the kick off. When Marcelo Leicea came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Nastul FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Leicea couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Nastul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cresenciano Puente came free, but Xuaco Cortun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
