The supporters of Suan booed when Protocolo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orti Tofino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Bodegas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ikatz Valdecañas having to interfere. Cordara Araoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaniusky Tricio in the 11th minute of play. Sengrat Baldas short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Ikatz Valdecañas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Protocolo FC booed when Suan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aztore Xavalera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lekubegi Azurmendi hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Protocolo FC's Yaniusky Tricio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cordara Araoz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Protocolo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaniusky Tricio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cordara Araoz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Garin Albarellos got free with Cordara Araoz in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ikatz Valdecañas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sengrat Balda in the 57th minute of play. Sengrat Balda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ikatz Valdecañas having to interfere. In the 66th minute Raul Bodegas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ikatz Valdecañas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Protocolo FC's Yaniusky Tricio in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Suan fans cheered their team off the field, for while Protocolo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
