Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Deunoro Foyo kicked off to start the match. Atlético Junior's Oro Irazu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bazkoare Viz in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Atlético Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Orejo came free, but Oro Irazu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmiro Cura kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Oro Irazu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bazkoare Viz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute of the match HBM got a corner. Atlético Junior's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bazkoare Viz ran over to the corner to take the kick. 23 minutes into the match, Atlético Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Obano Zurica came free, but Oro Irazu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Obano Zurica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Oro Irazu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tauro Rubina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Atlético Junior's Tauro Rubina got a free kick in the 35th minute. Emilio Moneo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ibon Luaces made the kick off in the second half. Gaston Orejo scored 0-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oro Irazu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Gaston Orejo took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Oro Irazu to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of HBM booed when Atlético Junior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sadurni Canal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Obano Zurica dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oro Irazu, 0-4. After 64 played minutes HBM got a freekick which was hit by Obano Zurica. In the 69th minute, one of Atlético Junior:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atlético Junior. When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, HBM's Bazkoare Viz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Oro Irazu. In the 75th minute, Haritzeder Lejarazu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to HBM getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Kostas Anagnostopoulos hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Atlético Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Obano Zurica came free, but Oro Irazu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Junior's Oro Irazu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Obano Zurica in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Deunoro Foyo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oro Irazu. Atlético Junior's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Deunoro Foyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. After 94 played minutes Atlético Junior got a freekick which was hit by Tauro Rubina. 95 minutes into the match, HBM's Bazkoare Viz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the final whistle sounded HBM left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atlético Junior.
