Spectators: 7424 (Terracing: 5569, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Barth Simpson started the match with the kick off. Zeruko Ruega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's Jerrald Sotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Ilarraza in the 12th minute of play. Ceferino Ilarraza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrald Sotilla having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Ceferino Ilarraza elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jerrald Sotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sotero Llames, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceferino Ilarraza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ceferino Ilarraza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerrald Sotilla was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ceferino Ilarraza in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerrald Sotilla saved The Cracks Verdolagas FDC from getting behind. When Zeruko Ruega came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Balalaica FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeruko Ruega couldn't finish the play. Ceferino Ilarraza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jerrald Sotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's Barth Simpson got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 37 minutes, Barth Simpson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barth Simpson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's Barth Simpson got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barth Simpson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerrald Sotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeruko Ruega in the 44th minute of play. In the 49th minute Zeruko Ruega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerrald Sotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ceferino Ilarraza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olando Pliego's late challenge caught a The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olando Pliego helped the player get up and apologised. Olando Pliego kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Barth Simpson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barth Simpson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Menendo Bernat having to interfere. Jerrald Sotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Ilarraza's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st match minute, Balalaica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sotero Llames to maneuver through the defense. The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Ceferino Ilarraza scored to the left of an out of position Jerrald Sotilla, making the score, 0-2. Ceferino Ilarraza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrald Sotilla having to interfere. In the 69th play minute Zeruko Ruega came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jerrald Sotilla. 0-3. Jerrald Sotilla came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Balalaica FC's Ceferino Ilarraza. But to his dismay, Ceferino Ilarraza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The Cracks Verdolagas FDC's Jerrald Sotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save The Cracks Verdolagas FDC from getting a goal against them. Ceferino Ilarraza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerrald Sotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ceferino Ilarraza's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Barth Simpson struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Menendo Bernat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Cracks Verdolagas FDC. Jerrald Sotilla was out of position in the 88 minute of play, and Ceferino Ilarraza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ceferino Ilarraza really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Ceferino Ilarraza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrald Sotilla having to interfere. A collision led to The Cracks Verdolagas FDC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Pacifico Aladro hit a great ball. The Balalaica FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
