In the 13th minute Constantin Ghizdeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Andonegui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Puspue's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Candura came free, but Alberto Andonegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Constantin Ghizdeanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the game, Federico Condado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puspue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol the free kick. Federico Condado kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. A collision led to Puspue getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Federico Condado hit a great ball. Ivan Candura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Andonegui having to interfere. After having played for 35 minutes, Otoniel Cavadilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puspue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Otoniel Cavadilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ivan Candura came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Candura couldn't finish the play. Otoniel Cavadilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Cordeara Lobelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters rose to their feet, but Cordeara Lobelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberto Andonegui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 56 minutes, Ivan Candura managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivan Candura was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute, Puspue's Tavio Bastida seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tavio Bastida the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Puspue protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tavio Bastida had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Puspue fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! Alberto Andonegui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Candura in the 77th minute. Leandro Pizaño struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Menendo Amileta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puspue. 86 minutes into the game, Puspue's Leandro Pizaño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Menendo Amileta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Cordeara Lobelo got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol's Constantin Ghizdeanu got a free kick in the 100th minute. Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Puspue had won, even though Hiperion FC DeusDeFutbol had held more of the ball.
