Nicodemo Trasagua stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Naveira's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Javiero Dolmos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Karlo Calero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Javiero Dolmos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Karlo Calero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaspar Moldes to make the kick off. Javiero Dolmos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karlo Calero having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Javiero Dolmos in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karlo Calero saved Chusirasa from getting behind. After having played for 65 minutes, Domingo Naveira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chusirasa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Naveira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Yunguilla's zone, Gaspar Moldes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicodemo Trasagua came out of the goal and Gaspar Moldes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Ximeno Rioseras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chusirasa's Karlo Calero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Araso in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the game, Domingo Naveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nicodemo Trasagua was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roberto Escalante charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Escalante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd match minute, Yunguilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roberto Escalante to maneuver through the defense. If Gaspar Moldes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chusirasa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
