Poblazon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panelas FC the free kick. Henric Pañalosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sadurni Carballo in the 6th minute of play. Poblazon FC's Henric Pañalosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Poblazon FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Panelas FC defense, Zosimo Guisasola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saturnino Bettencourt. The Panelas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saturnino Bettencourt should have stopped the shot. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Poblazon FC! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Panelas FC. Inko Sagarribay stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henric Pañalosa. 1-1. Zosimo Guisasola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Fernendo Respaldiza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Poblazon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernendo Respaldiza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saturnino Bettencourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xantalen Lerin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Henric Pañalosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute of the match Ur Nuñez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Saturnino Bettencourt skillfully saved the ball. After 37 played minutes Poblazon FC got a freekick which was hit by Evarado Casaviella. In the 41st match minute, Panelas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sadurni Carballo to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sadurni Carballo was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Panelas FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fernendo Respaldiza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sadurni Carballo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zosimo Guisasola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saturnino Bettencourt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute of the match, Zosimo Guisasola tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Saturnino Bettencourt saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Panelas FC's Saturnino Bettencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zosimo Guisasola in the 69th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Fernendo Respaldiza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Panelas FC's Txatxu Sierra got a free kick in the 77th minute. Poblazon FC's Zosimo Guisasola was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 79th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Fernendo Respaldiza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Saturnino Bettencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Poblazon FC booed when Panelas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pitin Calera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Fernendo Respaldiza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
